Position Requirements

Community Director Requirements: must possess valid driver's license. Two years apartment management experience preferred. College, Certified Apartment Manager or Accredited Residential Manager coursework preferred. Must pass pre-employement aptitude test and a credit check is mandatory.

Assistant Community Director Requirements: must possess valid driver's license. Apartment management experience preferred. Must pass a pre-employment aptitude test and a credit check is mandatory; must pass the AMSI training course with a grade of 80% or higher.

Sales Director Requirements: must possess valid driver's license. Apartment management and/or sales experience preferred.

Maintenance Supervisor Requirements: must possess A/C Certification I and II. General knowledge of building codes and laws and minimum of five years on-site apartment experience required. Must have high school diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Maintenance Asst Requirements: must possess A/C Certification I and II. Prefer some technical courses. Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance preferred. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Make-Ready Requirements: Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance preferred. Prefer some technical courses. A/C Certification a plus but not required. Must have valid driver's license (if on-call duties required) and reliable transportation.

Painter Requirements: must have average communication skills. Prefer knowledge of general maintenance, painting, market-ready procedures, pool maintenance and general grounds care. Must have valid driver's license.

Porter Requirements: must have average communication skills. Prefer knowledge of pool maintenance and general grounds care.

Housekeeper Requirements: must have average communication skills. Prefer knowledge of cleaning chemical usage.
