seeking the next generation of leaders for our firm and is the driving factor behind the
development of Milestone’s Fast Track Program.
Under this program, Milestone will seek out qualified candidates from colleges and universities,
engage them in a fast paced, hands-on training approach with direct guidance from our Regional
Vice Presidents and jump-start their journey on the Milestone Career path with ongoing
mentorship from Milestone District Managers. This rapid path track is designed to speed new
associates from ‘new hire’ to seasoned professional in a fraction of the time.
